Off-Duty FBI Agent Dances Up a Storm, Accidentally Shoots Someone

It's not always a good idea to show off your talents.

An FBI agent in Denver learned that the hard way over the weekend. He was getting jiggy with it (or something to that effect) and pulled off a backflip. Unfortunately for him and another gentleman, his gun fell out of his holster, and when he went to pick it up, the weapon fired. The stray bullet struck a man in the leg.

The man is expected to fully recover. Another notable issue with the incident is the reaction from the FBI agent after the gun fired. He just stands up, gathers his gun, puts his hands in the air and walks away like he had no idea what he just did.

The FBI has not yet released any comment and no charges have been filed to this point. But that's probably going to change in the next few days.

So next time you decide it's a good idea to pull off a backflip, be sure your gun is holstered properly... Yeah, that's probably the lesson here.
