Reward in Mollie Tibbetts continues to rise

POWESHIEK COUNTY, Iowa-   The reward for information in the Mollie Tibbetts case has risen to $277,000.   Crimestoppers of Central Iowa officials say that is the largest reward in the organization's history.

The 20-year-old University of Iowa student has been missing from her hometown of Brooklyn, Iowa for more than two weeks.

The Iowa Department of Public Safety says the next update on the investigation will be this Friday morning, AUgust 10th, at the Poweshiek County Sheriff's Office in Montezuma.
