New Mexico is proposing a new $200 Million resort and horse track with a moving grandstand that will go around the track at the same rate as the horses are running. The seats are on what looks like a bullet train with it open on one side (towards the track). Emery thinks it will spook the horses to have to running along side the track. What do you think?
