FORT DODGE, Iowa- Fort Dodge Police say a man accused of setting multiple vehicles on fire early Tuesday morning at Iowa Central Community College, turned himself in to authorities Wednesday night.
Twenty-two year old Terrell Adams has been charged with First Degree Arson, First Degree Criminal Mischief, and Possession of an Explosive or Incendiary Device.
