Iowa Healthiest State Walk is Wednesday, October 3rd at noon, 13th & Grand. The downtown Des Moines Walk will be in honor of Larry Cotlar. There are 700 walks scheduled all over Iowa on Wednesday...but there's an incentive to join this one!
