A hit and run at a Des Moines non-profit earlier this month has brought no suspect and no victim.
WHO Channel 13 shows surveillance video from the Watchmen Training Center which shows a white SUV hitting a person and pinning them up against the building, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
The victim walked away from the crash after the suspect drove off. Authorities say that the person hit by the SUV has not filed a police report.
The driver of the SUV was wearing a white hat and a gray hooded sweatshirt.
