Des Moines gets top scores for affordability, livability, and jobs.
The report says Des Moines is a great place to live and raise a family.
And there's plenty to do and see in Des Moines, with events and festivals, one-of-a-kind shops, locally-owned restaurants, entertainment, and the bike trails and parks.
Des is credited for its small-town, know-your-neighbor feel, with some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
