DES MOINES, Iowa – A stabbing in Des Moines’ Union Park neighborhood leaves one man hospitalized and police searching for a suspect still at large.
Sgt. Paul Parizek with the Des Moines Police Department says officers were called to the 300 block of E. Sheridan around 11:00 Thursday night on an unknown problem.
A man with numerous stab wounds was found when police arrived on the scene.
WHO Channel 13 reports the man was rushed to a local hospital and is listed in serious condition.
Police say there is a suspect in the case, but they are not releasing any names at this time.
