Unfortunately, 28% of the time, your worst fears are being realized because the drivers are indeed helping themselves to some of your vittles. That leads to 85% of customers saying they’d love to see restaurants invest in some form of tamper-resistant packaging to protect the valuable food inside…although it’s not clear how thrilled those same customers would be with paying the increased price to get it.
