HOWARD COUNTY, Iowa- A Minnesota man's in custody charged in a northeast Iowa bank robbery. Authorities say 27-year-old Luis Vega is accused of robbing the Cresco Union Savings Bank in Lime Springs Tuesday.
A bank employee was able to describe the getaway car, which was spotted on surveillance video. Authorities were able to see the license plate and found Vega in Austin, Minnesota. He's been charged with First Degree Robbery. He's currently being held in the Mower County Minnesota Jail
