Is there a more iconic food symbol than the Weinermobile?

Maybe there are a couple others equally famous, but more iconic would be a tough argument to make. 1936 was the year the first Weinermobile hit the road after being designed by Oscar Mayer's nephew, Carl G. Mayer. In 1969 it traveled outside the country for the first time and in 2019 it's still crisscrossing American roadways:
