The legal hemp industry still has its challenges for growers

Mike Weiner from Dorsey and Whitney International Law Firm’s cannabis practice group says there are climate factors that can cause your legal hemp product to surpass the .03% THC limit. He also says that banks are beginning to work with USDA approved growers.

Garrett Toay with Ag Trader Talk helps us analyze the markets in the wake of the new trade agreement between the U.S. and China. He says that it has the market in limbo for the time being until the deal is put to action. Toay also says he is a little bit worried about the amount of slack in corn S&P compared to soybean S&P.
