Meteorologist Kaj O'Mara told KCRG-TV 9 that drivers need to use extreme caution during the morning commute.

The Department of Transporation urged travelers to delay plans if at all possible. O'Mara says most of the drizzle is on track to move out of the area by 10 a.m. Wednesday morning.

The Iowa City Police Department Twitter page also told drivers travel is not advised.
