MAHASKA COUNTY, Iowa- A Council Bluffs man is one of two men hurt in a crash in central Iowa. The Iowa State Patrol says 26-year-old Mitch Huffman was stopped, preparing to turn left off Highway 63 north of Oskaloosa early yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon, when his pick-up was rear-ended by a semi, traveling at a high rate of speed.
The Patrol says Huffman's pick-up was pushed into the path of southbound semi. Huffman, and the driver of the southbound semi, 54-year-old John Grahek of Oskaloosa were taken to Mahaska County Hospital.
