DES MOINES, Iowa - People stood in line starting at 10:00 p.m. the night before to be sure they'd get into the rally in Des Moines on Thursday January 30, just a few days ahead of the nationally prominent Iowa Caucuses.
Trump is a certain winner in the Republican Iowa Caucuses, but the Democratic Caucus has been a juggling act, with top candidates taking turns at the top of the heap.
The auditorium at Drake University is filled to capacity for the rally, and Trump is expected to take the stage at 7:00 p.m.
Vice President Pence has been traveling through Iowa in the Trump Pence campaign bus, and arrived along with the Presidential Motorcade at Drake University before the rally started.
