A man who was reported missing in Omaha was found in a crashed car in Council Bluffs over the weekend.
Council Bluffs Police say the 74-year-old man crashed his SUV through a guard rail and concrete barrier and fell 12 feet down in a culvert, landing on it's wheels. Police say the vehicle was in about 1-2 feet of water.
The crashed vehicle was spotted by the crew of a passing train. Keith Cunningham was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators believe he may have suffered a medical condition before the crash.
