Cedar Rapids Police are charging a man with 1st degree murder after an early morning shooting on Friday.
Police say 26-year old Johnnie Osborne IV is also charged with Nonconsensual Termination of Pregnancy and attempted murder.
The victim has been identified as 25-year old Asia Taqara Grace. Another person sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Police say Osboure is in the Linn County Jail.
