DES MOINES, Iowa – A Des Moines man is in the Polk County Jail after being charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Thirty-seven year-old Agustin Aguilar-Lopez is accused of secretly recording a 15-year-old girl using a bathroom at a home. He was booked into the jail Sunday afternoon.
A complaint says Aguilar-Lopez's wife discovered video on his iPhone showing the girl using the bathroom on several occasions between April 1st and June 27th.
Aguilar-Lopez admitted to the recording, “because he wanted to see her naked” during a police interview.
He's being held in the Polk County Jail on a $30,000 cash bond.
