WASHINGTON, D.C. - Iowa Republican U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley says he doesn't think Fox News is doing enough to get President Trump re-elected.
Grassley told Capitol Hill reporters on Monday that all he wants is for Trump to be reelected.
But he blamed Fox News host Sean Hannity for not pressing Trump to answer a question about his agenda for a second term during a town hall last week.
Grassley said it's easy for the President to drift during an interview, but he expected Hannity to keep him on message.
"I would blame Fox more than I blame the president, because the president, it's easy for him to digress here and there, but Hannity -- you assume Fox wants him to get reelected." said Grassley.
Grassley also tweeted his displeasure with Fox's handling of President Trump over the weekend.
