AMES, Iowa – A Story County Test Iowa Clinic opens Monday in Ames. The site will be located in the ISU Research Park, 2503 South Loop Drive, and will be a drive-through clinic. It'll be managed by Mary Greeley Medical Center

Anyone desiring a test must first complete the online Test Iowa assessment. People who qualify for a test will be given a QR code and instructed on how to make an appointment. The tests are given by appointment only. The assessment is available here.

The site will be open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 12:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The clinic offers an additional local resource to support testing of Iowa State students, area school students and staff, and others. Test Iowa provides Covid-19 testing at locations throughout the state, and there is no cost to the participant.

Several organizations have played a role in getting the clinic set up in Ames, including Mary Greeley, Story County, the City of Ames, Iowa State University, Story County Medical Center, McFarland Clinic, and Primary Health Care Clinic.
