DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa State Fair is making a fair favorite available as a holiday treat this year.
State Fair CEO Gary Slater says frozen cookie dough from the Fair's famous Barksdale cookies can be ordered online from now through November 12th, for pick-up later in December.
Orders can be placed through the Iowa State Fair's website.
Orders will be available for pick-up at the Iowa State Fairgrounds on Saturday, December 12th.
