The Iowa Secretary of State's website is reporting Democrat Rita Hart has overtaken Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks in the race for the District 2 Congressional seat. Earlier reports had Miller-Meeks winning the race by less than 300 votes. The current lead for Hart is less than 200 votes. More mail-in ballots will be counted Monday. Votes will be certified at the end of the month.
