Waterloo and Cedar Falls Schools to Go Online During Thanksgiving Period

WATERLOO, Iowa - Schools in Waterloo and Cedar Falls will not hold in-person classes starting next week over the spread of COVID-19.

The Waterloo district says the move follows recommendations fron the Black Hawk County Health Department.

Classes will be conducted online for the period surrounding the Thanksgiving holiday, lasting through December 2nd.

The schools says the break in face-to-face classes will provide temporary relief for staff.
