Police Need Help to I.D. Hit and Run Victim

DES MOINES, Iowa -- Des Moines police want the community's help to identify a man killed after a hit and run last month.

Police describe the man as a white adult in his 60's. He's 5'8" and weighs about 150 pounds.

They say he doesn't have any distinguishable marks, scars or tattoos.

Police said emergency crews responded to a hit and run the evening of November 26th where they found the man lying near the intersection of Southeast 14th Street and Watrous Avenue. He was taken to MercyOne where he died of his injuries.

Police arrested 22-year-old Lim Buol Choul who is charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and no insurance.
