Immediately after that, the addressed the nation. During his speech, he attacked President Trump relentlessly and then called for unity.
He said the President's use of all legal means to test the election result marked an "unprecedented assault on our democracy."
Having gone after President Trump, the President elect then said “now it is time to turn the page. To unite. To heal.”
