House votes to impeach Trump again. Were they right to do so?

Yesterday Nancy Pelosi signed Articles of Impeachment against President Trump making him the first President in American history to have been impeached twice.

Based on US Senate Rules, the first time this can be discussed will be January 19th - one day before he leaves office.

There are many legal scholars who say you cannot Impeach a US President after that person has left office and Joe Biden is very concerned that an Impeachment trial in the Senate will derail confirmations for his Cabinet.

Ten Republicans joined Democrats in the House in voting for Impeachment. It follows the violence and deaths at the US Capitol which many believe President Trump incited. Many others believe that is simply not true and this is just Trump Derangement Syndrome.

What do you think? Was the US House right to Impeach the President?
