DES MOINES, Iowa - The band Five Finger Death Punch is now on the bill at the Iowa State Fair this Summer.
The band known for groove metal music is scheduled for the State Fair Grandstand Concert Series on August 21st.
Organizers have been assuring the public the State Fair will take place this year after being canceled in 2020 over the COVID-19 pandemic.
Five Finger Death Punch joins six other musical acts booked into the fair this year: Blake Shelton with special guest Matt Stell (Aug. 13), Sam Hunt with special guest Kip Moore (Aug. 14), The Beach Boys with special guest Hanson (Aug. 17), Styx with special guest Tesla (Aug. 18), Chris Stapleton with special guest Nikki Lane (Aug. 19), Keith Urban with special guest Russell Dickerson (Aug. 21).
The Iowa State Fair is the single largest event in the state of Iowa and one of the oldest and largest agricultural and industrial expositions in the country.
