(Dallas County, IA) -- A Council Bluffs man's been charged in a deadly Dallas County Crash that claimed the life of a rural Minburn woman. Fifty-three-year-old Steven Wink had been hospitalized since the February 2nd night-time crash, and is now in the Dallas County Jail, charged with Homicide By Vehicle, his 2nd O-W-I, and other charges, including Driving While Barred, and Open Container. Thirty-nine-year-old Danyel Hardisty was killed in the crash south of Perry. A child in her vehicle was injured.
Wink made an initial appearance in front of a Dallas County Magistrate and was given a $500,000.00 cash only bond.
