Iowa will distribute over 100,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines statewide this week.
The Iowa Department of Public Health says in additional to allocations of Pfizer and Moderna, the state will get over 25,000 doses of Johnson and Johnson's vaccine.
17 Iowa counties will receive Johnson and Johnson's vaccine this week, with "significant Phase 1B, Tier 2 populations" in line to be vaccinated.
The state will get over 91,000 doses directly, with an additional 27,000 coming through the Federal Retail Pharmacy partnership.
Black Hawk, Buena Vista, Cerro Gordo, Clarke, Crawford, Dallas, Dubuque, Linn, Louisa, Marion, Marshall, Muscatine, Plymouth, Pottawattamie, Sioux, Tama and Wright will be receiving doses of Johnson and Johnson's vaccine.
