Iowa gas prices continue to rise

DES MOINES, Iowa -- Iowa's gas prices are rising for another week.

Triple A says regular unleaded in Iowa's averaging $2.74 a gallon--$.03 more than a week ago, and $.37 cents above last month's prices.

They say prices continue to be driven by rising crude oil prices, tightening gas supplies, and increased demand for gasoline.

Triple A says the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline has increased by two cents to $2.74 from last week.
