It's been called a blockbuster interview! The Queen herself appeared to get her retaliation in first in a televised address. It barely registered in my home.
There is no doubt however, that Americans' fascination with Britain's Royals continues.
As someone who grew up with them, I have never really understood it even in England. My overriding emotion regarding them these days is I no longer have to pay for them.
But I have always been shocked that here in the US this incredible fascination continues. We literally fought a revolutionary war to get rid of them.
There is no doubt however, that it is there.
