Governor Reynolds Extends COVID-19 Order as Virus Continues to Subside

DES MOINES, Iowa - A disaster order set to expire this weekend is being extended by Governor Kim Reynolds.

The order strongly encourages businesses to take reasonable measures to protect Iowans from COVID-19, but has no requirement for masks or social distancing.

Governor Reynolds has extended the order through the end of May.

She signed the proclamation Friday.
