Nebraska Police Collect More Than 4k Pounds of Drugs

UNDATED -- Nebraska law enforcement collects over 4-thousand pounds of unused prescription drugs throughout the Cornhusker State as part of the D-E-A's "National Drug Take Back Day."

There are 24 law enforcement agencies in the state that participated, with 30 sites across Nebraska.

Almost 17,000 pounds were collected in Iowa.

The collection is now in its 20th year.
