Woman charged in Davenport Chuck E Cheese shooting takes plea deal

(Scott County, IA) -- A Davenport woman has taken a plea agreement a deadly shooting of a woman last fall in Davenport. Twenty-five-year-old Treshonda Pollion is pleading guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Eloise Chairs at a Davenport Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in October of 2020.

Pollion, who initially faced 2nd Degree Murder, now faces 10-years in prison when she's sentenced June 4th.

Policei were called to the Chuck E. Cheese at 903 E. Kimberly Road October 25th, where they found Chairs with a gunshot wound. She died at Genesis East Hospital shortly after she was shot. Witnesses told police the two women had been in an argument over a game card that was possibly stolen, before the gunfire.
