Judge allows broadcast of trial for man accused of killing Mollie Tibbetts

A Poweshiek County Judge says the trial of the man accused of killing Mollie Tibbetts will be allowed to be broadcast.

Judge Joel Yates issued an order saying news outlets would be allowed to operate remote-controlled video cameras to broadcast the trial live on TV or the internet.

The trial of Cristhian Bahena Rivera is scheduled to begin Monday in Davenport.
