(Urbandale, IA) -- Urbandale Police say Matthew Say tried to break into a store on Merle Hay Road Saturday afternoon, then tried to break into a nearby home and steal a car. He's also accused of trying to hit the woman who owns the car with her car. Police say he later stole another car and abandoned it at a bank. He was arrested after trying to run from officers.
