University of Nebraska-Lincoln announces plans to combat sexual misconduct

(Lincoln, NE) -- The University of Nebraska-Lincoln announces plans to combat sexual misconduct on campus, expanding its Center for Advocacy, Response and Education, doubling its staff and increasing support for the program.

The university is also looking at increasing mental health resources on campus and implementing a new plan for sexual misconduct training.

The measures are in response to a reported sexual assault at a UN-L fraternity house on August 23rd that led to protests in the days after.
