Last night former President Donald Trump confirmed he will be holding a Rally in Iowa next month.

It will take place on Saturday October 9 and will be held at the Iowa State Fairgrounds.

The 45th President of the United States knows his visit to Iowa will fuel speculation that he plans to run again in 2024.

And with so many potential Presidential candidates frequently returning to Iowa, I feel he wants to make it clear that the GOP nomination is his should he choose to run.

GOP Chairman Jeff Kaufmann is excited and wants to make sure that Trump recognizes Iowa should be first!

"There's a lot of energy," he said. "Part of our strategy is to make sure that the rest of the nation sees where some of these national leaders are heading to."

And then there's that promise.

"I'm going to make sure that he doubles down or triples down on what he said in the past and that is: 'Iowa deserves to be first,'" Kaufmann added.
