Polk County Asking For Helping Spending COVID-19 Relief Money

(Polk Co., IA) -- The Polk County Board of Supervisors is asking the public how to spend $95-million in coronavirus relief money. The county held a public forum Monday where residents offered their suggestions, from monthly payments to low income residents to food assistance and environmental issues. The county's holding four more public forums. An online survey is also available through the end of the year.
