(Des Moines, Iowa) -- Des Moines Police say a man is in custody after leading officers on a chase that ended in him crashing into a house.
Police say they tried to arrest Joseph Hoffman on multiple warrants Friday evening when he fled from officers in a vehicle. Officers chased Hoffman until he crashed into a house in the 2300 block of Thornton Drive just before 10pm. The house was unoccupied at the time of the crash.
Hoffman is facing multiple charges.
