(Undated) -- Iowa will receive nearly 100,000 doses of Pfizer's coronavirus booster shot for kids five to eleven-years-old. The boosters are still awaiting approval from the Food and Drug Administration, but the Iowa Department of Public Health says the state is expected to get 99,000 doses from October 27th to November 4th. Public Health says there are 284,000 Iowans who would be eligible for the shot.
