(Moline, IL) -- United Auto Workers Union 281 released some details from the tentative agreement between the UAW and Deere & Company.

The Union reports the contract features wage increases of 10% in the first year with bonuses of $37,500 for workers who work between 10 and 24 years and a $50,000 bonus to those who work 25 or more years with the company.

No changes have been reported regarding health insurance costs, including no charges for premiums, coinsurance, and deductibles.

The vote to approve the agreement will be on Tuesday, November 2nd at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, where the polls will be open from 10 am to 2 pm.

Strike duty will continue until all the ballots have been counted and reported. If the agreement is approved, workers will come off the picket lines and go back to work.
