(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Tiffany O'Donnell will be the next mayor of Cedar Rapids. The Republican defeated Democrat Amara Andrews 68% to 32% in Tuesday's runoff election. O'Donnell will take office in January. She's replacing current Mayor Brad Hart, who finished third on Election Day earlier this month.
