(Jefferson Co., IA) -- One of the two teenagers accused of killing a southeast Iowa teacher is asking to be tried as a juvenile. Court documents state lawyers for 16-year-old Willard Miller filed the motion. His lawyers argue he's too young to be tried as an adult and has no criminal history. Miller and 16-year old Jeremy Goodale are accused of killing Fairfield High School Spanish teacher Nohema Graber last month. Her body was found in Chautauqua Park in Fairfield on November 3rd, the day after she was reported missing. Both have pleaded not guilty.
