The Iowa Legislature has approved a generous tax credit for donors who want to contribute to a historic renovation of the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library. Ambassador Terry Branstad is co-chair of the effort and joins Jeff to talk about the important role that Hoover played in the world and how Iowans can participate in the renovation effort.
