California Man Arrested in Iowa with Gun Headed for White House

(Cass Co., IA) -- A 25-year-old man from California is in an Iowa jail after driving through the state heavily armed. Kuachua Brillion Xiong is in the Pottawattamie County Jail after police say, he told deputies he was headed to the White House to kill people in power. Police say Xiong had a rifle, ammo, grappling hook, and body armor in his car. Police also say Xiong had a hit list with names such as President Biden and Doctor Anthony Fauci. Xiong is facing federal charges. He was stopped and arrested in Cass County Tuesday, December 21.
