(Undated) -- Over 150 summer jobs are being filled for cities around the Des Moines metro.
A majority of those come from Waukee, who says the city's growth has led to a higher demand in labor. Urbandale is also hiring for the same reasons.
City leaders say high school and college students are good fits for the positions because of the seasonal nature. You can see what jobs are being hired on the Waukee and Urbandale city websites.
