Caitlin Clark Named Big Ten Player of the Year

(Iowa City, IA) -- Caitlin Clark is officially the Big 10 Player of the Year.

The sophomore from West Des Moines was also named a first-team all-Big Ten player, alongside teammate Monika Czinano. McKenna Warnock was also named to the second-team all-Big Ten.

Clark leads the country in points and assists. Per game, she averages 27.5 points, 8.3 assists, and 7.9 rebounds.

She scored 38 points in Sunday's win against Michigan, which clinched them a share of the conference title.

Clark is a finalist in every major National Player of the Year award.
