Investigators say an Omaha man is hospitalized with life threatening injuries after a collision between his motorcycle and a truck around 4:45 Monday afternoon at South 24th Street and Veterans' Memorial Highway in Council Bluffs.
Police say a preliminary investigation shows the motorcycle operated by 51-year old Richard Davenport was eastbound on the highway when it was hit by a pick up that turned in front of it.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
