(Undated) -- Even though Nebraska won't be getting any more rental assistance more federal funding will likely still come to the state. The U.S. Treasury Department says most of the $120-million Nebraska would've gotten for rental assistance will be given out to the state's most populated cities. Earlier this week Governor Pete Ricketts vetoed a bill that would've forced Nebraska to accept federal rental assistance. Nebraska lawmakers will discuss a veto override next week.
